The Farmers Bank Limited, a new generation bank, commenced its banking operation on June 3, 2013 licensed by Bangladesh Bank, Central Bank of Bangladesh. Our objective is to uphold a healthy and manageable growth for our bank. This will be achieved by means of a modern and dynamic strategy backed by solid risk management and good corporate governance. By implementing all the regulatory requirements effectively ensures increased transparency on all our bank’s dealings which is in the best interest of all our stakeholders. In addition to our unwavering commitment to the very highest ethical standards and professionalism, we continually strive to advance the interests of our clients, employees, shareholders, and other stakeholders of the Bank.
With respect to our services, I am pleased to announce that we have been able to offer an array of quality, progressive services in a very short period of time. Our corporate banking and retail banking services have already achieved great success. We are in the process of various IT services, including internet banking, mobile banking, and various card services that meet the highest standards available in the market. I am very fortunate to have the patronage of our clients, respectable shareholders, first-class directors, and excellent colleagues. Together we hope to be able make our mark on the banking scene in Bangladesh and pave the way for a brighter future for all of us.
